I am a proud mother of two boys with an active lifestyle indoors and outdoors. My personal journey to become a role model for my kids and live a healthy lifestyle turned into a strong passion for the fitness industry. I have reached goals and overcome obstacles that I once thought impossible. This drives me to help and motivate others to reach and maintain their goals no matter what they are. I have worked in the fitness industry since 2011. “I have worked with groups and individuals both in person and online. I believe in looking at the whole person; what’s their why, what’re obstacles, and how I can help them achieve success and be their best selves. I want my clients to fall in love with fitness and love the journey along the way."

As a huge Fitness and Nutrition fan, I cannot say enough about Amber Love. She is beyond professional and supportive in the weight room and will help you reach your overall potential. She will help you reach realistic goals for your body, and she will ask you questions to help maximize your growth. I look up to her not only as a trainer but as someone with real-life experience in the field and an understanding of the human body and its limits.

Training with her is always intense, but most of all fun. I know that she also lives and breathes fitness and nutrition. Any time I had questions regarding form or any health tips to help me along, she was always informative and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to step up their game. She knows what she is talking about and will make sure your plan works best for your lifestyle. Even if you are working with injuries this does not limit your training abilities with her either. She will make you work hard, but she will most of all expose you to what is needed to excel in your health. She is not only an amazing person but is full of exceptional love for people and for health. Well worth your time and more than qualified.

I have had the pleasure of working with Amber for over 2 years now. It began innocently enough, I wanted to get in shape and since there was a gym at my work, I signed up and looked for a trainer. Naturally, I asked my daughter, who is very into fitness and nutrition, to pick one for me – she picked Amber because she felt she would push me – and she was right!

Amber is the perfect trainer for me. She is the right amount of bossy and cheerleader. She knows when to push me and when to just listen. She has always gone above and beyond what I expected of a trainer. She is a coach, nutritionist, and therapist all rolled into one. Because of her, I now, dare I say it, love to work out – when I’m at the gym!

If you are looking for a trainer who is serious about supporting you and your fitness goals - Amber is the one for you. You will not be disappointed. I set out to just get a program for working out in the gym and ended up making an amazing mentor that is so knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness.

I was a fat kid for most of my life but managed to drop from 335 to 290 lbs on my own with unhealthy diets, yet I still seemed stuck at that weight no matter what I tried. I joined a local gym but lacked the motivation and guidance needed to see lasting results. I was frustrated, and I knew I had to do something or nothing would ever change.

I was referred to Amber by a friend, and it was the best decision I ever made. Amber helped me set goals, and create a livable eating plan and exercise program that was perfect for me at my stage. Amber keeps you motivated and makes you believe that you can achieve your goals. The exercise went from being a chore to something I actually enjoy and look forward to.

I'm now 215 lbs and more active than ever. I can do things now that I couldn't in my 20's or 30's, I feel great. I eat a clean but realistic diet, and exercise is part of my regular routine. With my former habits, I would have never been able to jump on the trampoline with my grandkids, snowboard, or do the Grouse Grind, but now I do.I can't thank Amber enough for helping me get in the best shape of my life!
